Get creative at the Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce. This wreath-making event even comes with an instructor--along with refreshments and holiday music! Recycle last year’s ring and receive a $2 discount.   This is a "drop-in" class, no need to pre-register.  Wreath-making time depends on experience, novice may take up to an hour to complete their wreath.   Cost $25 for each wreath.
